1. Power Raking (Dethatching) all the turf areas
2. Clean and Edge all the Mulch Beds
3. Remove all Yard Debris
4. Prune any Winter Damaged Trees, Shrubs, and Bushes
5. Test the Soil in order to apply the appropriate chemicals for Nutrients
6. Aerate the Lawn
7. Overseed the Lawn
8. Energize Irrigation Systems
